Admission Information

The process of admission reflects sensitivity and ease. Post the submission of the Application Form, parents are given a guided tour of the School facilities. This is followed by an interaction of both the parents with the School Principal where a complete view of the philosophy, vision and methodology of the School is shared. Admission process is taken forward henceforth. The school academic year starts from January. The admission may be granted during other months also depending upon the availability of the seats

Admission Criteria

Admission is granted on the basis of

  • First come first serve basis.
  • The child shall be of 3+ years.
  • Physically fit and mentally sound.
  • In conversation with the Parents of the child.

Document Required

At The Time of Registration
  • Self-Attested copy of Birth Certificate.( Original for verification.)
  • Two passport size photographs each of the Child and the Parent
At The Time of Admission
  • Proof of the Date of Birth from the Municipality or any other competent authority
  • Mark sheet of the previous class
  • SLC/T C issued by the school last attended
  • Migration Certificate, if any
  • School/Board Registration Number, if any
  • Four copies of the passport-size photographs of the child and one photo /each of the parent and the guardian or the person authorised to visit the child on their behalf.
  • Copy of Adhar Card
Note:- Particulars of a child will remain the same as mentioned in the SLC issued by the previous school according to the CBSE rules

Admission Process

Admission process starts with counseling and paying admission fee etc to enable for making entry into the Record Register. In the record the groups are allocated on the bases of the child age eligibility criteria and date of admission.

Primary & Secondary Classes

Admission to classes | to IX will be granted subject to availability of vacant seats and qualifying the entrance test by the students. Registration does not guarantee admission.

Senior Secondary Classes

A student who has qualified the Xth standard with minimum 50% marks or at least C grade Will be eligible for admission in 11‘“Standard Science (Nonmedical) and Commerce Stream after qualifying the entrance test and availability of vacant seats

No direct admission is allowed in 12th Standard


Non-Medical Group: English, Physics, Chemistry, Maths, Physical Education, W.E.

Medical Group: English, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Physical Education, W.E.

Commerce Group: English, Maths/Economics , Physical Education, Business Studies, Accountancy and Work Experience

Humanity Group: English, Hindi, Maths, History, Physical Education, Music, lP, Painting

1. The academic session is from the 1st April to the 31st March.
2. Advanced registrations are compulsory for the new admission to the school. Admission fee is to be deposited within a week of the Admission Test, failing in doing so the admission will be cancelled and the seat is declared vacant.
3. It must be noted that mere registration does not guarantee admission, which will chiefly depend on the combined test given at the time of admission. This consists of a common Written Test to assess. the suitability of the pupil for a particular class. The Written Test is followed by the Personality and Physical-cum-Medical fitness tests.
4. The School Authority reserves the exclusive right to decide the class to which a pupil can be admitted.


1. The Principal reserves the right to cancel the admission of a student whose performance and progress in studies are unsatisfactory or whose conduct is harmful to the interest and prestige of the institution.
2. A student who fails in the same class twice will automatically be removed from the rolls of the school.
3. Any student caught using unfair means during an examination will not be retained on the school rolls.
4. In case a student stops attending the school without any prior information to the school authorities, his/her name will be struck off from the school rolls after six consecutive days of absence.

General Information

Student's Hand Book
Students need to use the Hand Book to record their activities and homework. It serves as an effective link between the teachers and the parents to ensure that their ward(s) are putting in their best of inputs pertaining to academics and other activities.
